CPD coordinators - does your School offer coaching for your staff?  Life coaching is a way that you can support your staff in their professional development.  Staff who are able to think through issues of development in their teaching, career or personal lives will become better teachers in your school.  

Special arrangements can be negotiated to offer coaching to Senior Management or to all teachers.
